What stays constant across every bag: perennial Kernza® from Sustain-A-Grain in Nebraska (a grain whose roots stay in the soil year-round), Midwest hazelnuts from Hazel Heart Farms, and wildflower honey from Bone Meadow Apiary in Minnesota. The difference is in the spice cabinet.

  • Meadow and Honey — classic. Cinnamon, tart currants, toasted hazelnuts, wildflower honey.
  • Field and Fromage — savory. Aged parmesan, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, hazelnuts, pine nuts.
