Super easy to make and very tasty!
These kerzna and raisin cookies have earned a permanent place among our family favorites! The soft chewy interior with a bit of a crisp edge is highlighted by the plump raisins and robust texture and flavor of the kernza grain. There is something grounding about the flavor...rustic yet refined, indulgent yet nourishing....a comforting and satisfying treat for all. And, to couple the treat with a positive environmental message is a bonus. In our house, the fritillary butterflies are now called the 'cookie butterflies'!
Best and easiest cookies ever!! I make them every week for my clinic staff (and of course eat a few right out of the oven), they are all gone in a matter of minutes. Delicious!!!
They also seem more healthy with the whole grains and natural ingredients. And if they are good for the environment that’s a bonus!! I highly recommend this product - I just put in a large order to last me a few weeks❤️ 🍪🍪
