A one-bowl bake that comes out dense, glossy, and deeply chocolatey. Perennial Blend™ flour lends a subtle whole-grain depth, dark cocoa carries the flavor, and a little espresso sharpens it. Add butter, oil, eggs, and a little sugar, spread into a 9x9 pan, and bake for about 30 minutes for fudgy squares with a crackly top.
