A familiar favorite, shrunk down to a crunchy little bite and baked with perennial Kernza®.

Chocolate chip cookies are the everyday classic, the one shared at kitchen counters and community tables. Ours are bite-sized and crunchy, with rich chocolate in every bite. We swap some of the all-purpose flour for whole grain, non-GMO Kernza®, a grain whose deep roots stay in the soil all year and help hold carbon and build soil health.

Rooted in perennial ingredients. Perennial Kernza® grown with regenerative farmers across the Great Plains, baked in collaboration with Helmuth Country Bakery in Hutchinson, Kansas.

Small-batch baked. Net wt. 5 oz (142 g).

Unbleached wheat flour, sugar, butter, unsweetened chocolate, sugar, soy lecithin, vanillin (artificial flavor), milk, brown sugar, cornstarch, eggs, whole Kernza® perennial grain flour, less than 2% of: baking powder, vanilla extract, salt, baking soda.
