We are a public benefit corporation because someday we might want to allow investors to be part of our journey and adding a public benefit director to our board means that the focus won't exclusively be on monetary returns.

We don't just say the words, we take the action. We invest in biodiversity on the farms that support and sustain our business. We invest thousands of dollars every year to pay our farmers to plant native pollinator habitat, cover crops, and other biodiversity-supporting initiatives. We spend thousands now and can't wait until we can afford for it to be millions.
