Unlike annual wheat that requires replanting every year, these perennial grains mean less tilling, which is a good thing. This isn't a compromise—it's an upgrade.
Kernza brings subtle nuttiness while Salish Blue adds bold, rustic depth, creating a complex flavor that makes everything more interesting. Same protein as all-purpose flour, but with the fiber and nutrients of whole grains.

The Perennial Flour is AMAZING!! Fantastic flavor. I made pancakes with the recipe on the 40 Century site and they were so dang delicious. Family loved them! And I feel so good that every bite helps support a better planet, their mission is very cool. Excited to try even more products.

It’s a planet-positive replacement for regular flour. It’s delicious and it has more protein, more fiber than your current flour. If you’re a technical baker, experiment with a new category of grains, perennial.
