I tried the Perennial Pancake recipe with this flour, and it was great! I used buttermilk instead of the milk/vinegar mixture, so the batter was a little too thick. If using buttermilk, I would guess 1 cup rather than 3/4 cup would work better. The taste of the pancakes is like nothing I have ever tried in my 70 years. It has a bolder flavor than the usual wheat flour type. I enjoyed the optional pinch of cinnamon as part of my attempt; I’d recommend it.

The Perennial Flour is AMAZING!! Fantastic flavor. I made pancakes with the recipe on the 40 Century site and they were so dang delicious. Family loved them! And I feel so good that every bite helps support a better planet, their mission is very cool. Excited to try even more products.
